1. About us
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Aurora Flora website and the purchase of products from us. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
Aurora Flora ("we", "us", "our") is an artificial flower company selling wreaths, hanging baskets, and bouquets online, delivering across the UK and Ireland.
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

2. Eligibility
To place an order with Aurora Flora you must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Be a resident of the UK or Ireland
Provide accurate and complete delivery and payment details
3. Our products
We sell artificial flower arrangements including wreaths, hanging baskets, and bouquets. All products are made from artificial materials and do not contain real flowers or plants.
Product descriptions and colours
We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, colours displayed on screen may vary slightly from the actual product depending on your device settings and screen calibration. We cannot guarantee an exact colour match to what you see on screen.
All sizes stated on product listings are approximate and measured at the widest point including foliage.
Availability
All products are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative, a substitute of equal value, or a full refund.
4. Placing an order
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products at the stated price. We will send you an order confirmation by email. This confirmation is an acknowledgement of your order, not an acceptance.
A contract between you and Aurora Flora is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a shipping confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if there is a pricing error on our website or if we are unable to verify payment. In such cases we will issue a full refund promptly.
5. Pricing and payment
All prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
We accept payment by major debit and credit cards. Payment is taken at the time of placing your order. All transactions are processed securely by our payment provider we do not store your card details.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Prices shown at the time of your order are the prices that apply to that order.
6. Bespoke and custom orders
We offer a bespoke service for wreaths, hanging baskets, and bouquets where you can specify flower types, colours, and sizes.
Placing a bespoke order
Bespoke orders are agreed directly with our team before payment. Once a bespoke order is confirmed and paid for, we will begin sourcing and creating your arrangement.
Cancellation of bespoke orders
Because bespoke orders are made specifically for you, your right to cancel may be limited once production has begun. We will make clear at the point of agreement whether and when cancellation is possible. If cancellation is agreed before work has commenced, a full refund will be issued. Once work has begun, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the payment to cover costs already incurred.
Colour and design accuracy
We will do our best to match your specifications. However, as artificial flowers are subject to manufacturing variations, slight differences in shade or finish may occur. We will always discuss any significant variations with you before completing your order.
7. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the UK and Ireland, including Northern Ireland. We do not currently ship outside of these areas.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. These are estimates only and we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control.
Delivery address
It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or lost as a result of an incorrect address being provided.
Failed deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will follow their standard process (leaving a card, attempting a redelivery, or returning the parcel to a local depot). If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.
Risk and ownership
Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Ownership of the products passes to you once we have received full payment.
8. Returns, cancellations and refunds
Your right to cancel (cooling-off period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at hello@auroraflora.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.
You must return the items to us within 14 days of notifying us of your wish to cancel, in their original unused condition and packaging. The cost of return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
We will issue a full refund, including your original delivery charge (standard rate), within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier.
Bespoke orders and the cooling-off period
The 14-day right to cancel does not apply to bespoke or personalised orders that have been made specifically to your specification. This will be made clear to you before you confirm a bespoke order.
Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Returns process
To return an item, please contact us first at hello@auroraflora.co.uk. Do not send items back without contacting us, as we may not be able to process the return.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return (or sooner where possible).
9. Outdoor products and care
Products in our outdoor range are made with UV-stabilised materials designed to withstand typical UK and Irish weather. However, we recommend:
Bringing outdoor products inside during prolonged frost, heavy snow, or extreme winds
Following the care guidance provided with your product
Not using pressure washers or harsh chemicals on any of our products
We cannot accept returns for products that have been damaged due to weather exposure beyond normal conditions or failure to follow care guidance.
10. Our liability
We are responsible for losses you suffer caused by us breaking these Terms unless the loss is:
Unexpected — it was not obvious that it would happen and nothing you said to us before we accepted your order meant we should have expected it
Caused by a delaying event outside our control provided we have taken steps to minimise the impact
Avoidable — something you could have avoided by taking reasonable action
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK or Irish law.
11. Intellectual property
All content on the Aurora Flora website, including product images, text, logos, and design, is our property or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content from our website without our prior written consent.
12. Your privacy
We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. By placing an order, you agree to our use of your data as described in that policy.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your purchase will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland or Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. Irish customers retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection rights under Irish law.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated date. The Terms that apply to your order are those in force at the time you place your order.
