Caring For Your Aurora Flora

Designed to last - Easy to love

One of the greatest joys of an Aurora Flora arrangement is how little it asks of you. Unlike fresh flowers, your wreath, hanging basket or bouquet requires no water, no feeding and no special conditions to stay looking its very best. A little occasional care is all it takes to keep your piece looking as beautiful in year three as it did on day one.

Dusting & Cleaning

Over time, a light layer of dust may settle on your arrangement particularly if displayed outdoors or in a hallway. To keep your Aurora Flora looking fresh:

  • Use a soft, dry cloth or a gentle hairdryer on the coolest setting to remove dust from petals and foliage

  • For more stubborn dust, a soft-bristled paintbrush works beautifully between petals

  • Avoid using water, cleaning sprays or chemicals directly on the florals as this may affect the finish

Outdoor Display

Our arrangements are crafted using UV-resistant, weather-resistant materials designed to withstand the British climate. For the longest possible life we recommend:

  • Displaying in a covered or sheltered position a porch, pergola or canopy is ideal

  • Avoiding prolonged direct exposure to heavy rain or strong winds

  • Bringing your arrangement indoors during exceptionally severe weather

Storing Your Arrangement

If you wish to store your Aurora Flora piece between seasons:

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight

  • Use a large box lined with tissue paper to protect the shape of the blooms

  • Avoid compressing or stacking heavy items on top

  • Never store in a damp garage or loft where condensation could affect the materials

A small sign indicates preservation and care of the display. There is also a glass bottle with a label, a towel, and some scattered flowers at the base of the display.

Reshaping Your Blooms

Occasionally petals and stems may shift slightly during transit or handling. Simply reshape by gently bending stems and petals back into position with your fingers. The flexible wire within most stems makes this simple and allows you to personalise the arrangement to your own taste.

A Note On Longevity

With proper care an Aurora Flora arrangement will remain beautiful for many years. We use only the highest quality materials precisely because we believe that luxury should last not just for a season, but for the long term.
