Every Aurora Flora piece is handcrafted with care and packaged to arrive in perfect condition. Should your order arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we will do everything we can to put things right.

For bespoke items shipping will be calculated based upon weight and size

Product Lead Times

Ready to go items ordered directly from our website will be dispatched within 3 working days.

Bespoke orders commissioned via email are handmade especially for you and will be dispatched within up to two weeks of your order being placed.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Aurora Flora piece. Please read the following carefully before purchasing:

• Any damaged or faulty items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer

• We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on handmade, bespoke or sale items

• We are unable to offer refunds due to the natural ageing or fading of materials over time

• When returning an item we strongly recommend using a trackable delivery service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit
